Rob Pohls has been litigating insurance, financial services and employment cases in state and federal courthouses throughout California for more than 30 years. Known best for his work on behalf of life, health and disability insurers, Rob’s courtroom successes earned the law firm he founded in 1999 recognition from the Fortune 500 as a “Go-To Firm” for litigation. However, Rob also is a formally-trained mediator who has been providing private dispute resolution services since 2002, while actively serving on the ADR panels of 3 federal district courts and several state courts in California.
